**The role**
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our leading Commercial group. As a Law Clerk you will be given the opportunity to do hands on legal work in a supportive and collaborative learning environment which encourages you to balance and blend your university commitments with work experience. As an example, some key responsibilities include:
- **Assist in Sale of Business Contracts**: Provide assistance in business transactions, including preparing documentation.
- **Legal Research**: Conduct research associated with matters.
- **Conveyancing Transactions Support**: Provide assistance in conveyancing transactions, including preparing documentation.
**To succeed in this role, you will have**:
- 3-5 year LLB student or JD student
- Excellent drafting and analytic thinking
- Strong time management
- A strong work ethic and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- A commitment to continually learning and developing
Please note that you must be in your 3rd, 4th or 5th year of legal studies to be eligible for this role.
