Are you a current law student passionate about succession law, wealth transfer, trusts, companies, tax, and superannuation? businessDEPOT Legal is seeking a motivated Law Clerk to join our Wealth Advisory division.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is eager to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of legal advisory in a small but vibrant law firm setting.

**key responsibilities**:

- Assist with legal research and documentation in the areas of succession law, wealth transfer, trusts, tax, and superannuation.
- Work collaboratively with our legal team to support various client cases.
- Show initiative and ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Engage directly with clients, providing excellent service and fostering positive relationships.

**requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a law degree.
- A strong interest in succession, tax and structuring [including superannuation] and related legal fields.
- Ability to think on your feet and show initiative.
- Prefers working in a small law firm environment.
- This is a casual position requiring a commit to 3 days over a working week. There is flexibility on what days depending on your study commitments. Please outline your availability in your cover letter or resume.
