This is an exciting opportunity to help drive and elevate the
**Behavioural Insights **offering of this well-regarded
**Market Research Agency.**

A significant proportion of your clients will be social organisations, charities and government departments, as well as tertiary institutions and service providers (energy, finance, retail). This is a business known for having interesting and often hard-to-have conversations, seeing you get to grips with meaty and meaningful topics.

Moving dynamically across jobs and teams, as the
**Behavioural** recommendations and outputs are strategically focused and not just a playback of findings. You’ll help embed behavioural theory and frameworks.

With good visibility within the business, you will help play an integral part in shaping its future success. Whilst this role doesn’t come with sales targets, it is expected that you will enjoy writing winning proposals

**Example projects**:

- Understanding child safety in rural settings
- Work with emergency services to improve service use and outcomes
- Unpacking behaviour around risk-taking on roads and highways to improve safety
- Connecting with disaffected and vulnerable cohorts of job seekers to understand barriers to seeking support

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work closely and collaboratively with clients to drive client retention
- Dive into client problems and design bespoke behavioural research frameworks
- Drive excellence in the creation of high-quality deliverables
- Support junior team members in their career and skills development

**About you**:

- Prior experience in another top-level market research agency (5+ years)
- Passionate about the use of behavioural techniques and theories - nudging, social forms, framing, heuristics, rationale choice, scarify etc.
- Able to tuck into the details, and see the bigger picture.
- Collaborative. Accountable. Enthusiastic. Mindful
