This is a rare chance to join a rapidly growing and acquisitive corporate, operating in the technology sector. You'll be part of a lean, high-energy, high-volume acquisitions team who are building their presence in the ANZ region.

Acting as a senior dealmaker, you'll lead transaction execution, overseeing and mentoring a motivated team of Analysts and Associates and working with a diverse range of stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the full M&A lifecycle—from sourcing through to deal structuring and close
  • Review and analyse confidential financial and operational information to prepare compelling investment summaries for senior leadership and the board
  • Oversee and standardise high-quality QOE reports, highlighting key issues, deal risks, and opportunities
  • Participate in deep-dive due diligence and develop strategies to maximise value from each acquisition
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a growing team of Analysts/Associates
  • Work with senior leadership to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and implement best practices

About You

We see this suiting a Mergers & Acquisitions professional with c.7-12 years experience - ideally from a corporate development or investment team - who can demonstate a strong track record of successful deal execution and a proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

You'll combine an excellent technical skill set with sound commerial acumen and the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels, contributing to the overall success of the team and platform in ANZ.
