We are currently looking for an experienced Venue Manager to join our dynamic team at Harbour Bar in Newcastle, NSW. As the Venue Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our popular waterfront establishment.

Key responsibilities include managing the venue staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, coordinating events and functions, overseeing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining compliance with all licensing regulations. You will also be responsible for conducting regular staff meetings, implementing policies and procedures, and developing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.

To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in the hospitality industry with previous experience in a management role. You should be a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and think on your feet is essential. A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and a keen eye for detail are also highly valued.
