**How will I Help?**
As the Team Member, you will join our fast-paced Discharges Team where you will be responsible for actioning discharge requests including the release of mortgages, physical packet management, coordinating simultaneous settlements, reconciliation functions & coordinating with the SGB frontline network and our Offshore CNX teams. As part of this team, you will also be liaising with solicitors / conveyancers and 3 rd party agents that represent the bank and responding to escalations from the Leadership team.

You will actively participate in:

- Financial targets and balanced with meeting compliance requirements
- Proactively contribute to innovation and continuous improvement to improve quality, process efficiency, and risk and compliance outcomes by working closely with wider Westpac Group organization
- Demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges
- Ensure all risks are identified, logged, managed, and track any reoccurring problems and service improvement opportunities

**What do I need?**
In order to succeed in this role, you will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and have a great sense of awareness. A background in Finance - Servicing would be ideal as you will have to be in a high volume, productivity-driven environment when loan circles are peaking.

You will have strong stakeholder management to build strong, effective working relationships with stakeholders. You will have a willingness to learn and progress your career within the accounts closure space. You will also have high attention to detail and prioritization skills to ensure deliverables and targets are being met.
