**About the Team**:
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.

**About the Role**:
This role will see a skilled project manager work across our service and smarter profit teams to deliver a number of key transformation initiatives.

You will:

- Take ownership of transformation initiatives across stores with a focus on efficiencies and developing best practice
- Manage a complex group of stakeholders across the Coles business and be a key point of contact, information and data for those relevant parties
- Develop and maintain Project Management tools to help ensure project timelines and effective implementation
- Identify opportunities for changes within the Transformation teams to align a consistent way of working

***About you and your skills**:
You will have:

- Extensive experience (5-8 years) in leading cross functional projects and delivering major change in a complex corporate environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A strong understanding of retail environments
- Experience in managing teams in a dynamic operational and project environment
