We are looking for a highly motivated person that is keen to learn and have the proven ability to work within an integrated team on technical and non-technical personnel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the transfer of knowledge from the Parent company to the local based team.
- Working as part of a team through the Software Development Life Cycle, including:

- Selection of methodologies, tools, processes, and procedures.
- Set up and support of methodologies, tools, processes, and procedures.
- Undertake analysis of requirements and
- Coordination and control all aspects of project testing.
- Experience with Project Support/ System engineer
- Cover all aspect of Project and software lifecycles with a focus on Data Migration.
- Involvement with Data migration project work, (preferably in Defence).
- Experience around Helpdesk management would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Defence processes and procedures around how projects are run.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Knowledge in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and release of production quality software.
- Strong interpersonal Skills, including:

- A Very strong Testing background
- cooperation team-based focus.
- Experience in liaising between PMs, BAs and testers.
- A creative approach to solving problems
- Ability to develop and implement improvements in development processes.
