**In this role, you will** be responsible for**:

- Lead the Conduct Risk Material Risk Team to develop and maintain policy, processes, tools and reporting to support effective conduct risk identification and management across the Group.
- Work with the Chief Compliance and Conduct Officer and CRO teams to develop and execute a program of work that will review and challenge the effectiveness of identification and management of conduct risk.
- Monitor key conduct risk measures and contribute to the development, maintenance and approval of risk appetite settings.
- Lead drafting of Risk reporting on conduct risk performance to NAB’s management, board and board committees.

- Significant leadership experience in an applied risk discipline in banking or financial services.
- Advanced senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Able to navigate complexity, identify key value drivers and execute on appropriate strategic choices.
- Exceptional people leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders.
