**In this role, you will** be responsible for**:

- The effective operation of the Board Risk & Compliance Committee and Executive Risk & Compliance Committee (including agendas, minutes, review of papers, meeting packs and registers, management of corporate records and stakeholder engagement).
- Providing governance advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Leading ongoing process improvements and effective change management to drive improvements to broader Committee governance.
- Providing leadership to other Committee Secretaries (direct and indirect reports).
- Providing advice, guidance and support for responses to regulatory and legal requests for corporate records and for engagement with regulators.
- Working closely with the Group Company Secretary on a range of matters.

**What you’ll bring...**
- Working knowledge of Australian corporate governance requirements and ideally working knowledge of governance requirements associated with APRA Prudential Standards.
- Substantial experience within a company secretariat function, in-house legal team or closely adjacent function.
- Demonstrated track record of working collaboratively as a trusted advisor to colleagues at the most senior level in an organisation.
- Strong people leadership experience.
