**About the Role**:
As the **P&C Systems Technical Lead**, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising People & Culture systems at Victoria University. You will oversee system configuration, troubleshoot technical issues, implement process architecture improvements, and ensure seamless integration with various platforms.

Your technical expertise will drive system performance, deliver innovative solutions, and enhance functionality to align with the University’s strategic objectives. You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, managing compliance, system audits, and risk mitigation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee HR systems configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution for system-related issues.
- Extract and analyse data for migration, integration, and audits.
- Engage stakeholders and vendors to align with University objectives.

This is a **full-time (36.75 hours per week), fixed-term position at HEP 9 ($128,446 - $133,636 per annum) + 17% employer superannuation**. The contract period is currently set to conclude on **12 December 2025**, with the possibility of extension.
