Our client is looking for a project specialist to support a really large Power BI dashboard project for a large organisation in Melbourne. We are looking for someone who can just come in and support the team with a range of "Project" activities

Some of the requirements include:

- Coordinating meetings for stakeholders
- Capturing requirements and general notes from meetings
- Following up with teams regarding data requirements for the dashboards
- Assisting the team with some admin and governance
- Supporting the project priorities and tasks
- Facilitating collaboration with all the teams and stakeholders
- Any experience using Power BI dashboards, or UX would be advantageous
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry like Finance, Education or Health would also be advantageous

This role would suit someone who has worked as a Business Analyst, or Project Manager on a similar project of work before. There is a requirement for a day or 2 onsite, but a lot of the role can be done remotely.
