Our client is a long established and highly regarded multi franchised dealership located in the Frankston area. They are seeking to appoint an experienced and capable New Car Sales Manager to lead their sales team. This is a hands on Sales Manager role with very strong earning potential. The dealership offers state of the art facilities, a five day working week with a friendly, happy working atmosphere.

Applicants for this position must be or have previous dealership experience as a New Car Sales Manager. You will have strong management, financial, organisational and motivational skills and be seeking a long term role. You will also have strong selling, closing and people handling skills, and be able to motivate your team to achieve their highest potential, whilst maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.

Salary will consist of a fully negotiable retainer, super, generous commission structure and car or car allowance.
