Job description

Vital Healthcare operate three general practices located in Palm Beach, Banora Point and Tweed Heads South. Providing all general medical services, we are now looking for someone to join our wonderful reception team on a permanent basis at Banora Point Medical Centre.

**About the role**

As the first point of contact, you will contribute to the daily reception operations at Banora Point Medical Centre. Your responsibilities will include:

- Booking and rescheduling patient appointments
- Greeting patients and answering telephone enquiries
- Billing, scanning and filing
- End of day batching using Pracsoft
- General Administrative duties

**About you**
- Strong IT and problem solving skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Enjoy working with a friendly family focused team
- Experience with Medical Director / Pracsoft an advantage
- Professional phone manner
- Current Drivers License

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banora Point, NSW 2486: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
