**Responsibilities**:
**Jobs to be done**:

- ** Partner with business leaders **to understand business needs and set the **people agenda that supports business growth**
- Proactively connect the dots, leveraging **analytics and data to make strategic people decisions**
- Lead, execute and measure people outcomes and **impact on business**
- Be a strategic thinker with operational excellence, not stopping at strategic consulting but driving end-to-end delivery
- Drive people related changes with thoughtfulness, attention to detail and strategic mindset
- Well-versed in the end-to-end lifecycle of People from attracting, hiring, growing, managing, to off-boarding
- ** Collaborate with COE Pod members **to bring expertise to the business; engage proactively with the liaisons to spar and problem solve

**Experiences**:

- 8-10 years experience in HR Craft
- Proven experience delivering business impact
- Proven experience leading changes and transformations
- Experience working in a complex, global environment with changing priorities

**Knowledge**:

- Industry business acumen including Atlassian
- Solid view of HR processes and improvements
- Translates business strategy to people strategy

**Skills**:

- Ability to influencing leaders in the business
- Strong communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mindset
- Able to simplify and focus on highest priority issues
- Agility to adapt to changing priorities

- Identifies and leads innovation and improvements
