Our Client is a leading supplier of office essentials, furniture, safety equipment and IT solutions. Right now they are looking for experienced **Collection Officers **to join their friendly team based at Mascot, NSW for a fixed term role.

You will work as a part of a highly effective team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Identify customer payment delays and reduce the rolling arrears
- Negotiate customer payments terms, reduce outstanding and overall debt
- Manage complex customer reconciliations in a professional manner and timely manner
- Ensure customer credit limits are managed in line with company expectations
- Consistently meet outbound customer call targets
- Contribute towards continuous process improvement initiatives and suggest strategies to implement efficiencies
- Build relationships internally and externally to keep customer satisfaction high

**About you**:

- experience in accounts receivable collections role
- SAP and CRM experience
- Intermediate Excel experience
- Ability to building strong rapport with customers and manage stakeholder expectations
- Proven ability to share and receive information accurately
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) with a strong eye for detail
- Strong organisational ability

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
