**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- News Reporting - Write and report on news stories that are accurate, clear, and engaging to their audiences
- Research and Investigation - Gather and evaluate information from various sources, including interviews, public records, and online research
- Collaboration with Senior Reporters - Work closely with senior reporters to learn from their experience and receive guidance on their work
