Our client is a leading pureplay ecommerce company that specialises in luxury home decor. They are well regarded due to their quality products and aspirational designs. Join them on their growth journey with an expanding product offering across Australia, the US and UK

This role will suit passionate writer, that has a true love and flair for writing, with a commercially minded focus - knowing how to drive sales through content across their Journal and other channels. You will be strong on what is trending in the lifestyle, wellness and entertainment realms.

It is a newly created role due to business growth and will report to the Marketing Lead and work closely with the Editor.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Research and create impactful copy for use across a range of channels including their journal, EDM's, websites, social channels, advertising, public relations and magazine articles
- Write copy that is informative, accurate and engaging across lifestyle, entertainment and wellness
- Ensure their tone of voice is maintained throughout all content
- Research topics to create unique, compelling copy in line with SEO best practices to generate copy for their websites
- Write copy that is informative, accurate and engaging
- Work closely with internal stakeholders regarding new product launches, promotions and ongoing products to create engaging content

**To be successful in the role, you need to have**:

- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or similar relevant field
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working to deadlines and strong attention to detail
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, yet collaboratively
