The Australia & New Zealand Alexa team is looking for an enthusiastic, organised, detail-oriented junior content editor to help enrich the experience for customers using Alexa-enabled products such as Amazon Echo.

About the hiring group

The Alexa Data Services (ADS) organization provides data creation, curation, and analytics services to help develop, test, and train the Alexa AI. We work closely with Amazon Machine Learning (ML) Science and modeling teams, providing the critical data they need to improve Alexa’s speech recognition and language understanding capabilities.

Job responsibilities: - Write, edit and localise informational and news content on Alexa for ANZ customers
- Select and edit eye-catching images and write snappy headlines
- Tailor Alexa’s answers to sound natural and reach quality that customers expect
- Upload and publish content into content management system
- Work with peers globally to improve processes and improve the quality of our content
- Work effectively independently and in a team environment
