Support the execution of Stake's global esports sponsorship strategy and help deliver a best-in-class program that strengthens brand positioning and drives measurable value across markets. You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to activate high-profile partnerships, coordinate key initiatives, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple regions. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-evolving esports landscape and contribute meaningfully to Stake's global presence

**Your role with us**:
As the E-Sports Sponsorship Lead, you'll develop and deliver the esports sponsorship strategy, working under the direction of the Head of Sponsorships and closely with the E-sports Sponsorships Manager. You'll provide leadership in defining the strategic direction of esports partnerships, negotiating and managing high-value agreements and ensuring all initiatives align with broader business objectives. Leveraging your specialist knowledge of esports, you'll influence complex negotiations, maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and ensure commercial and brand interests are consistently advanced and protected.

**What you will do**:

- Support the development and execution of Stake's esports sponsorships strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end process of sponsorships, from deal sourcing and negotiations through to post-event evaluation.
- Work in close partnership with Legal, Compliance and internal sponsorship teams to ensure all agreements are thoroughly reviewed, properly documented and fully executed. Guarantee that all contractual rights and deliverables are activated on time and to the highest standard.
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with agencies, rights holders and brand ambassadors.
- Act as the main point of contact for select Tier 1 partnerships, escalating to Head of Sponsorships where required.
- Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with partners, teams, publishers and talent.
- Serve as a confident and authoritative point of contact for senior stakeholders, balancing diplomacy with assertiveness.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with external partners and internal teams, aligning sponsorship requirements with wider marketing goals.
- Oversee unique, high-impact activations in partnership with esports teams, influencers and organisers.
- Coordinate logistics across activations, promotions and on-ground events.
- Partner with Affiliates, Social Media, Design, Product and Promotions teams to produce compelling, brand-safe content for esports activations.
