**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including property developers, investors, and business owners.
- Analyse financial data and market trends to assess the feasibility of commercial mortgage transactions.
- Structure loan packages tailored to the unique needs of clients, considering factors such as loan-to-value ratios, debt service coverage, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and legal counsel, to facilitate the loan approval and closing process.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the life of the loan, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending, with a focus on mortgage brokerage.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, lending practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess complex financial data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)) are a plus.
