We are a modern Japanese Bar & Restaurant in the heart of Perth is looking for additions to Bar team member. To possibly be our supervisor, too

You will be the face of our business, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Your main responsibilities are to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for every guest.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering beverage recommendations.
- Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including beers, classic and signature cocktails, in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and ingredients.
- Manage cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments, and providing change as needed.
- Stay updated on current industry trends and contribute to the creation of new and innovative drink recipes.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to maintain a smooth and coordinated flow of service.
- Uphold and enforce all applicable state and local alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain Stock Levels

Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven experience as a Bartender, with a minimum of 1 year in the similar role.
- Have a minimum knowledge of draught beers (beer technicalities).
- Effective communication and strong personality.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
- Valid RSA.
- Weekend availability.
- Ability to handle high-pressure/dynamic situations professionally and calmly.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Positive and friendly demeanor.
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
