Welcome to The Sky Lounge 6009 — Perth's newest rooftop bar. A rooftop bar designed for those who appreciate fine wine, luxury and exceptional service, this intimate and elevated venue is the city's best-kept secret for post-work drinks and exclusive gatherings.

We're now looking for an experienced Part-Time Bartender to join our opening team — with an immediate start

Your Key Responsibility:

  • Delivering outstanding service with strong product knowledge across wine, spirits, and cocktails
  • Preparing and serving high-quality drinks with consistency, precision and flair
  • Creating a warm, welcoming environment by engaging confidently with guests
  • Managing the bar's presentation and cleanliness, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for service
  • Supporting private functions and working collaboratively with the kitchen and events teams
  • Maintaining strict adherence to RSA, licensing, and workplace safety standards
  • Taking ownership of the venue atmosphere – including music, lighting, and overall vibe

About You:

  • 1+ years of experience as a bartender in a premium venue
  • Strong beverage knowledge across wine, spirits, and cocktails – and a genuine passion for quality
  • Detail-driven, creative and committed to a high-end guest experience
  • Clean and Professional appearance
  • Approachable and calm while working under pressure
  • RSA Certified (essential)
