Boeing Aerostructures Australia (BAA) is seeking a **Training Analyst** to coordinate and collaborate with managers and team leads to establish a training schedule, create and manage learning activities and to assist with integrating a learning standard and culture in support of leaders and employees at BAA.

**About the role**
- Collect, organise and analyse training data to develop training plans to support the Boeing Production System
- Work with different stakeholders and partners to coordinate training needs
- Prepare and update training forecasts, schedules, training history, and completion reports
- Maintain and monitor data integrity, perform risk assessments, identify and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with integrating a learning standard and culture
- Establish existing training admin/scheduling processes and procedures that align with the organizational standards and best practices
- Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives in all areas of the business
- Ensure you work safely and exhibit the behaviour of a safety leader as part of our Incident & Injury Free culture

**About you**
- 5+ years of experience as a staff/ training analyst or scheduling admin
- Experience working in a customer facing environment and been directly involved in gathering requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suites (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with data analytics and using reporting tools
- Experience with My Learning or similar learning management system

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with schedule and process management, integration of all logistics elements, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met
- Experience working as a training admin or scheduler in the production system training organization or L&D

Additional Information: This is a non-EBA Position IJC UANRI3, remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience. Pre-employment checks required.
