**About the role**:
As part of a team, the Graduate Data & Insights Analyst will work closely with the Strategy & Insights Manager to contribute to a data-driven approach for key reporting and insights mandate to support improved decision making in the business.

You will have the opportunity to work on designing processes and work across the business to drive improved data integrity, governance, and information management.

**To be successful in this position, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline including: Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Information Technology
- High level analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, SQL, Power BI tools
- Exposure to a commercial or business environment will be highly regarded
