**Your new role**
You will be providing excellent customer service for people that are saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property, as well as supporting and guiding them throughout each step of their journey. Your role will include:
- Investing time and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure they have a seamless experience
- Keeping on top of compliance
- Booking and attending roughly 3-4 face to face appointments per day
- Bringing business to the branch
- Coaching, supporting, and mentoring the team
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Lending experience in a financial organisation with home loan expertise
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations related to home loans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing and people-centric approach
- Effective time management skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
