Mandatory Skills*
- 8+ years of experience across agile ways of working and delivery, with in-depth knowledge of agile techniques: creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria and managing squad artefacts
- Ability to navigate a large complex organisation and build relationships with stakeholders using formal and informal networks
- Ability to measure performance and create an environment of continuous learning
- Experience in leading and coaching teams (8-12 people)
- Extensive experience in a previous scrum master role
- Experience with multiple teams simultaneously and/or with teams in a complex environment
- Experience with workflow tools (e.g., Rally, Jira)
- DWH Experience -Must
- Banking domain experience - Must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: From $700.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
