You will drive performance by exceeding Minimum Operating Standards (MOS) and delivering _Service Beyond Expectations (SBE) _.

Our unique integration with our onsite Gold Coast warehouse gives customers access to Australia's largest range of dirt bike gear, parts and accessories, whilst also receiving expert advice, and real-time inventory, providing customers the opportunity to buy products instantly in store, without the warehouse shopping experience.

**Main roles and responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily showroom operations and team performance
- Manage staff rostering, forecasting, and resource planning
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Lead recruitment, training, and team member retention
- Control stock and minimise shrinkage
- Use systems and data to improve efficiencies and make data-driven decisions
- Track KPIs for opportunities for continuous improvement (Kiazen)
- Lead sales strategies that align with business values and drive _SBE**Key Attributes & Skills**:

- Strong leadership and communication
- Experience with POS/EFTPOS/NETO systems
- Proven ability to manage high-volume retail
- Goal-driven, organised, adaptable and an eye for detail
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to successfully meet tight deadlines and time pressures
- Skilled in customer service and visual merchandising
- The ability to analyse, investigate and interpret financial data and information
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
