**The opportunity**
An opportunity has become available for an entry level Account Manager to join our highly experienced and successful sales team in Melbourne. Working closely with the different business solution delivery teams, and mentored by senior sales professionals, you will be on your journey to becoming a “trusted advisor” and “customer advocate”.
**What will be involved**
As an Account Manager, you will be allocated a set of customers to take responsibility for managing relationships as well as identifying opportunities to sell MicroChannel services and solutions.
Specific duties will include:
- Develop and execute ongoing customer engagement plans
- Assist with the co-ordination of activities across the different MicroChannel business solutions for your allocated customers
- Assist with the renewal of recurring contracts - software and services
- Assist with Marketing activities to allocated customers and take ownership of the results for your customers

- Tertiary qualification preferred but not essential (particularly in Business/Commerce)
