INTERNAL AUDITOR | PERMANENT | KEW

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Auditor to join our global Audit Services team. You will work collaboratively with the audit team and external Auditors to improve processes and strengthen our governance culture. This is a hands-on role where you will be working closely with a variety of stakeholders across all areas of the Hanes Australasia (HAA) business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with at least 3 years' experience in audit, passionate about the world of retail, who is looking for their next step.

**You will be supporting the Audit Senior Manager to**:

- Execute the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls assurance testing program
- Conduct end-to-end internal audit reviews (planning, scoping, fieldwork and reporting) in accordance with the Annual Audit Plan
- Partner with management to formulate and agree commercial, practical and relevant remediation plans
- Monitor and follow up on agreed management action plans to ensure findings are remediated in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and risk management as well as implement internal audit process improvements

What experience do I have?
- Degree qualified within Accounting or a similar field
- CA/CPA or working towards
- Minimum 3+ years' audit experience within the Big 4 or in an in-house audit function with a large organisation
- Experience managing a diverse and complex group of stakeholders including senior management; ability to influence and persuade
- Strong communication and written skills; able to forge lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities including leveraging data analytic techniques, with sound PC skills - Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail; problem solver; collaborative
- Excellent numeracy skills; system literacy; Power BI and data analytics skills a plus
