**Who is Bath Box?**

Bath Box is a small family-owned online retailer that manufactures product, dispatches customer orders, and has a small office warehouse facility in Cranbourne West VIC 3977.

Established in 2017, and still a small, growing company, Bath Box product ranges include, but are not limited to, bath bombs, bath salts and soaks, shower steamers, soaps, bath accessories, etc.

As Bath Box continues to grow their social media presence and online sales channels, this exciting opportunity has opened up for someone to work with a new Australian brand to help grow their online presence and engage directly with customers. In addition to this, you will report directly to, and assist the Bath Box founders also build their digital presence as a way to further develop the brands exposure.

We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking and organised individual with a passion for digital and social media marketing and a strong understanding of the digital landscape. This is the perfect role for someone to further develop skills and build experience to launch a career in the digital marketing industry.

Assisting and reporting to one of the Bath Box founders and Head of Marketing, you will get first-hand experience in a successful e-commerce business

Main tasks will include assisting on photoshoots and product photography, filming and editing content for social media, posting marketing content on our website and social media, engaging with customers via digital channels (customer service and marketing related enquiries), and managing multiple social media profiles. This will be for the Bath Box brand, as well as the founder's personal online brand.

This role is well suited to an individual who has recently completed their degree or certification and is looking for an amazing opportunity to make their mark in the industry. To be successful for this role, we will require you on-site (at our Cranbourne West location) for the initial weeks. Once your tasks and KPIs are established, you will have freedom to work this role as a hybrid - some tasks must be completed at our location, other tasks can be completed at home. We would estimate you to expect to work 2-3 full days on-site and the remaining can be work from home.

**What You Will Do**

You will work closely with and report directly to the founder of Bath Box, who is also the Head of Marketing. And you will have the opportunity to drive digital growth across multiple brands - Bath Box, founder's personal brand, and others.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Manage social media platforms; creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content that supports the brand personality and business strategy.
- Work alongside the Head of Marketing to develop and implement a social media calendar and digital strategy.
- Curate and schedule written and visual content for marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital channels as necessary.
- Manage and engage with social media communities by responding to comments, messages, reviews and feedback on a real time basis.
- Create measurable goals and KPI's for each platform and report on progress.
- Conduct market research (competitor and product analysis) to drive future growth.
- Product photography and filmography and the organisation of professional photography shoots where required for campaigns, ads, etc.
- Create, edit & maintain product images.
- Assist with maintaining E-commerce, SKUs, categories, images, customer accounts etc.
- Optimise website SEO and Google rankings as needed.
- Create design concepts for various marketing collateral and internal documents.
- Work with stakeholders and foster strategic partnerships to ensure all promotional activity delivers on our financial goals.
- Comply with Bath Box Internal Policy and Procedures.
