Job Description

How you will make a difference as a Business Process Specialist at Fragomen:

- Act as regional point of contact for Process Improvement Initiatives for Fragomen and external vendors
- Guide and supervise business process consultant(s)
- Work closely with management and business owners to determine their needs regarding people, technology, and data
- Understand the business and financial objectives for region and develop and implement functional strategies to support them.
- Perform ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
- Presenting progress reports to upper-level management and integrating feedback.
- Anticipate and identify internal and external business challenges and develop business-process related solutions
- Work with process and policy owners to revise and update procedures and policies
- Utilize continuous improvement techniques, map business processes, and conduct process analysis to examine end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency and operations and align with strategy
- Collaborate with functional teams to develop and maintain process metrics and targets
- Facilitate discussions to drive cross functional collaboration
- Create, formalize, and manage the requirements management process for the enterprise
- Lead the elicitation and documentation of detailed business process requirements
- Create and maintain project plans for all process improvement initiatives.
- Lead worldwide projects for region that encompass internal SMEs, external vendors, & cross functional teams
- Participate in user acceptance testing alongside the training team for process implementation
- Analyze the entire value chain using lean/six sigma skills to optimize the process to provide business recommendations necessary for IT development
- Translate optimal process maps into business requirements that IT can consume

Let’s talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:

- At least 2-4 years of experience in a Consulting or Corporate/Business Immigration role
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with continuous improvement techniques to optimize processes
- External client-facing consulting experience preferred
- Experience working in a Law Firm, Legal Services, Technology or Management Consulting environment
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with process mapping in Microsoft Visio preferred
- Experience with project planning and management
- Experience leading projects with the ability to present project outcomes to all levels
- Ability to train and mentor incoming and current specialist
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to structure and organize detailed requirements documentation
- Comfortable working closely with remote teams and virtual environments
- Lean certified
- Six Sigma Green Belt certified
- Six Sigma Black Belt certified preferred
- Flexible to domestic and some international business travel as needed
