
Business Support Officer

**Accountabilities include**:
- Provide timely and effective professional support services for the Customer Service Operations Leadership team including the facilitation and coordination of meetings, workshops, training and development activities.
- Provide and coordinate confidential and efficient managerial and administrative support to the Director (Customer Service Operations) across all unit functions and projects.
- Coordinate the establishment and management of appropriate systems, procedures, reports, audits and controls to maintain the quality, accuracy and security of processes and functions within Customer Service Operations.
- Provide assistance to the Customer Service Operations Leadership and Management teams relating to operational Human Resources and Financial Management.
- Work with the Customer Service Operations Leadership and Management teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities that improve business operations and contribute to the enhancement of product and service delivery.
- Be responsible for the day to day management of Customer Service Operations communications framework.
- Provide a diverse range of executive and administration services to support the achievement of team goals and business outcomes.
- Liaise, consult and maintain effective relationships with team members, and internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Consult and communicate with key staff in the office of the General Manager, senior divisional and departmental management, internal and external agencies and the private sector in relation to matters affecting the branch.
- Work in and contribute positively to a supportive team based work environment. This position reports to the Principal Manager (Customer Service Operations).
