**WHO WE NEED**

Challenger is seeking an experienced part time food production supervisor to work at one of the leading national food manufacturers. This is critical to maintaining the highest standards of food and hygiene and supporting a high-performance team. You will ensure that high service delivery expectations are met based on company and client expectations.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Lead and manage a food production cleaning team of up 5 cleaners
- Act as the first point of contact with site management
- Following schedules and standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
- Ensuring the highest level of quality standards are maintained with the support of your team mates
- Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as required

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Must be available to work days shifts, Monday to Fridays
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor in a food production environment
- Must have experience in food processing cleaning, including high risk and high care environments
- Have knowledge of HACCP and GMP
- Have experience in rostering and timesheet approval
- Have a good understanding of the WH&S processes
- Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling
- Good presentation and grooming
- Sound communication skills
