Bayswater Hotel, Potts Point is searching for a Guest Service Agent and Night Manager to join the Front Office team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Taking a hands-on approach you will assist with front office, concierge and reservation activities ensuring the overall rooms division operation runs smoothly. You’re the face of the hotel, an enthusiastic and lively go getter with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering personalised signature service

**ABOUT YOU**

It's all about attitude for us, we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves being helpful to others; you’re all about having a positive impact on the guests you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
- Min 2 years experience working in a hotel environment
- Guest service is in your DNA, you easily connect with a variety of people and revel in creating memorable stays.
- You have an in-depth understanding of all Front Office operations, standards & procedures
- Excellent communication, administration skills, you enjoy multi-tasking.
- Highly organized, with superb attention to detail
- Flexible availability across a 7-day roster.
- You have full unrestricted Australian work rights
