**Description**:
The team

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Operations team. The Operations team is responsible for the service outcomes to both external and internal clients. The overall Operations team is made up of 2 separate teams being the Investment Operations and Registry areas. It is the combination of all staff that provides consistent and effective service to all clients and to either meet or exceed their expectations

The role

This role sits within our PAS (non-custody) team which act as a point of contact for all product administration queries. The team are responsible for actioning and corresponding to PAS tasks and enquiries from our external client base, assisting with the annual tax reporting process, our cost base and reconciliations processes and data interpretation and analysis.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Building and fostering strong relationships with key clients whilst maintaining our service level agreements
Assist with the investigation and resolution of issues or problems raised
Data interpretation, analysis and subsequent problem solving.
Liaise with external providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of annual tax reporting.
Communicating with internal and external parties Auditors, Custodians, Clients) to resolve queries.
Liaising with other operations teams especially Corporate Actions, but also Transitions, Trading and reconciliations to ensure that reconciliation issues are addressed.
Taking ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and proactive contribution to process improvements
Adherence to HUB24’s and regulatory body’s compliance at all times and identify any areas of risk and ensure controls are implemented.

**Skills and Experiences**:
2-3 year’s experience within the financial services industry ideally within the non-custody, administration, corporate actions, tax reporting space
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage agreed deadlines
Can work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
