**About the Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the **Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS)** team as an **Administration Co-ordinator, **where you will be responsible for:
- working cooperatively to ensure a consistent and streamlined approach to the delivery of administrative services that is consistent with corporate procedures and SA Health policies.
- ensuring that administrative staff in their team understand their role and the standards expected, and will provide ongoing feedback, support and training.
- provide secretarial support and services to Regional Team manager
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to negotiate with a broad range of people, both internally and externally
- Ability to keep clear, accurate administrative and financial records and maintain and improve systems
- Experience in recruitment and selection, staff supervision, performance review, and allocation of tasks to ensure equitable workloads
- Coordinating and processing high volumes of administrative tasks and correspondence
