**What you'll be doing**
- Assist the Practice Manager with coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients
- Proactively marketing the practice to drive patient numbers
- Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for practice staff
- Managing patient appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services
- Assisting with general office administration tasks as required
- General administration duties such as processing of payments

**What we're looking for**
- Ideally suited for professionals with a career progression aspiration.
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist in a similar customer service role within the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Previous experience with Medical Director & Pracsoft / Best Practice is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient care
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- A team player who will work positively with colleagues and commit to caring for our clients

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37 per week
