IT & New Store Support Coordinator

We have an exciting full time role available to join our IT Team as our IT & New Store Support Coordinator. Reporting into our Senior Applications and Support Manager based at our office in Waterloo, this role will be responsible for managing the IT requirements for new stores and existing Franchises to Corporate transitions. The role is also required to manage the existing Retail POS fleet and organise replacements.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate all IT related tasks and activities concerning Retail Store Openings and transitions.
- Liaise with vendors for store hardware procurement.
- Maintain/Update the POS hardware asset databases and relevant documentation.
- Manage retail store Apple devices and My Fit fleet including repairs and replacements.
- Manage and oversee POS hardware lifecycle and replacement programs.
- Coordinate Store ADSL/NBN/UFB transitions across AU and NZ.
- Provide IT support for L1 issues at Accent Support centres in the absence of the support team.
- Document processes and update existing documentation with changes.
- Perform ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

**To be successful you will need to have**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in providing either technical or administrative level support in a retail environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ technical experience required working as a L1/L2/L3 service desk or desktop/network support.
- Retail experience beneficial.
- A diploma/degree in Business Management or IT beneficial.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Organisational skills with effective time management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inefficiencies in processes.
- Be a team player and being able to handle adversity in a pressure environment.
- Strong understating of NBN/ADSL/Fibre/4G connectivity required.
- Project and documentation experience beneficial.
