Now, we’re looking for a **Full-Time Store Manager** to join our welcoming, energetic team at the largest storage facility in the southern hemisphere. Waterloo is the size of a city block

**About the Role**:
As a **Full-Time Store Manager**, you’ll play a key role in our centre’s success. Working with a positive, team-focused environment, you’ll manage 7 assistant managers and help customers find the right solution for their storage needs and manger the property

**Your day-to-day might include**:

- Providing outstanding face-to-face customer service
- Supporting new inbound customer enquiries
- Helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming centre
- Contributing to team goals and store performance
- Working a flexible seven-day rotating roster (with your life outside work in mind
- no early mornings or late nights).

**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:

- Has previous Leadership experience in customer service or sales
- Motivation to grow and develop both personally and professionally
- Leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-first culture
- Is proactive, positive and solutions-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
