**About the role**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented VM and Marketing Assistant to support the execution of visual merchandising (VM) strategies and assist with marketing communication and administrative tasks. This role will also support store floor planning activities and collaborate closely with the store design team to ensure alignment of layout and visual execution across retail environments. This role plays a key part in ensuring brand consistency across all retail environments and supports the smooth operation of the VM and marketing functions.
**Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
Visual Merchandising Execution
- Implement VM guidelines and directives as provided by the Campaign and VM Manager.
- Support the execution of seasonal and promotional campaigns across stores.
- Monitor and report on VM compliance across all retail locations.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards in all visual merchandising displays.

Store Floor planning, Design and NSO Support
- Assist in the planning and coordination of store layouts and floorplans in line with business priorities.
- Liaise with the store design team to ensure layouts support visual merchandising strategies and product placement.
- Working with Campaign & VM manager provide input on space planning and fixture usage to optimize traffic flow and product visibility.
- Support the rollout of new store layouts or refurbishments by providing relevant VM input and coordination.
- Support the Marketing and Social lead on New store opening activations and plans.

Marketing & Store Communications
- Coordinate and communicate campaign rollouts, updates, and store directives to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing and promotional materials to stores.
- Act as a point of contact for store teams regarding VM and marketing communication.
- Collate and maintain feedback, imagery, and compliance reports from stores.

Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the Campaign and VM Manager.
- Maintain and update VM documentation, store floorplans, and rollout calendars.
- Assist with the coordination and logistics of marketing collateral, props, and campaign assets.
- Support tracking, reporting, and analysis of marketing and VM execution.

**To be successful you will ideally have the following skills**:

- 1-2 years' of experience in a similar role
- Intermediate skills in graphic design/Canva
- Proven ability to execute and deliver VM and marketing initiatives
- A creative thinker with project management capabilities
- Self-motivated individual who works well autonomously and within a team
- Excellent communications skills, professional, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media and local media outreach a plus
- Genuine interest and knowledge of the performance footwear retail industry a plus
