**Our Arena Design Expert: What are we looking for?**

We are currently on the search for the most cutting-edge designer to bring their arena design expertise and passion to some of the world’s most amazing projects across APAC, and across the world working with our global colleagues. This unique position is based in our stunning Brisbane studio - the headquarters for our APAC region.

Specifically, we’re looking for our future Arena Design Expert to:

- Have 10+ years’ experience working on large scale arena projects.
- Provide project leadership and guidance to team members and consultants to work within schedule, budget, and quality standards. This is both from design and technical perspectives.
- Strong client relationships with key arena and entertainment clients and stakeholders, underpinned by successful project delivery.
- Lead and manage small to large teams in developing, modifying, and reviewing design concepts, production drawings and construction documents according to established standards and technical requirements.
- Develop and prepare design presentations to clients, communities. and other stakeholders such as government representatives and public agencies.
- Have a strong desire and passion for working in teams that are highly collaborative and who have a continuous learning mindset.

- Have well-rounded design eye and the ability to engage in design discussions and debates, bringing others along with them through building their capability in arena design.
- Have experience using Revit for architectural documentation and who can efficiently develop and produce 3D project documentation and detailing to standards and project requirements.
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or similar.
