**Role Summary**:
The People & Capability Business Partner is an exciting opportunity in our Organisational Development and Partnering team based at our Perth CBD office.

The purpose of the role is to provide support to the business partner team by being the ‘first-line of contact’ for Synergy in people-related matters that are typically within the remit of the business partner team

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Conduct HR first line contact - triage and provide timely and practical HR advice across all areas of the business and to key stakeholder groups
- Work closely with the senior P&C business partners to ensure that all customer-related enquiries and tasks are managed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders on all HR related matters, programs, and projects
- Manage all HR related queries to ensure that they are responded to in appropriate and timely manner.
- Provide information to customers that align with Synergy’s formal documents e.g., code of conduct, policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines

**What you’ll bring**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources or related fields (Diploma or Cert IV)
- Previous experience in providing human resources advice or partnering support
- Understanding of legal and industrial background to HR
- A demonstrated ability to build sustainable relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- A sound understanding of employment legislation and best practice.
