Our state government client is currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner

**Your new company**
Our state government client based in Perth’s southern suburbs is currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to fill their 6 months + temporary vacancy.

**Your new role**
Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivers a comprehensive partnering and advisory service for a range of HR matters including, recruitment, workforce management, health & safety, and employee relations
- Implement HR strategies to support organisational objectives
- Contribute to the development of business improvement projects
- Build strong working relationships with internal clients

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:

- Relevant human resource experience
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Well demonstrated research and analytical skills
- Understanding of relevant policies, awards, and legislations

**What you'll get in return**
