**About the role**:
**Role purpose**

Reporting to the Manager, Property this position is responsible for supporting and leading the delivery of government property acquisitions, providing authoritative advice, administration management and support functions in relation to property across the health infrastructure sector. Using project management principles and experience in the property and built environment sector, the role will include the delivery of various health infrastructure projects in acquisition, providing property advice, investigation and feasibility analysis of land.

**Knowledge and skills**:

- **High/Advanced MS Excel and data aggregation and analysis skills will be highly regarded.**

**Qualifications/Specialist expertise**:

- Tertiary qualification in property, project management, construction or similar is preferred.
- Project management experience in property development and or land acquisition is essential.
