Our Engagement & Change Advisory consists of two core capabilities with a wide range of experience, from people and business transformation to tactical engagement and communications planning and delivery Our Transformation & Change team are passionate about shaping the future for organisations and communities in which they operate, creating an environment where social outcomes are achieved and people thrive.

Our Communications & Stakeholder Engagement team are responsible for recognising the lived experience of communities, stakeholders and customers by ensuring they are engaged, involved and informed in decisions that impact them, creating better social outcomes.

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from professionals across the following specialisations who are passionate about delivering Communication, Engagement and Transformation:

- People & organisation
- Strategic change
- Social value
- Digital engagement
- Strategic communications
- Social risk mitigation and community response

Here are the key things you’ll do:

- Work in a dedicated team across a variety of projects and various sectors. Collectively, our team has worked across government, health, mining, energy and infrastructure with a focus on complex and strategic infrastructure projects.
- Partner with our clients to provide advisory and consulting services to public and private clients where social outcomes and community impact is front of mind.
- Mentor and coach junior members of staff to upskill and increase their professional development and technical expertise
- Support a pipeline of future opportunities and oversight of proposals
- Help to grow our capability as part of our broader Advisory offering

What are we looking for from you?

We value that each of our team members brings something different to Aurecon. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.

Alongside your industry experience in management consulting or similar you’ll also have:

- Experience in delivering projects for clients or delivering on major projects
- Experience across the different phases of a project's life cycle is desired
- Strong writing and engagement skills
- A demonstrated ability to foster and evolve relationships
- Relevant tertiary education
- Sound technical report writing skills
- Certified Environmental Practitioner status desirable
- Member and contributor to professional association desirable
- Current drivers licence.
