Toolprocure is one of Australia’s leading Cutting Tool specialists supplying a large range of CNC tooling, workholding equipment and metal working fluids to the Precision Engineering industry. Located in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide, prides itself on its modern, state-of-the art airconditioned facility using some of the latest operating systems and CNC equipment.

We are currently seeking an Logistics Assistant to co-ordinate incoming shipments, outgoing sales orders and update the team and our customers with shipment arrival dates, times and delays. You would be working closely with a team of professionals in an office / warehouse environment utilsing cloud based inventory control systems.

**About the role**

Tasks typically involve:

- Data entry
- Shipment updates
- Supplier liaison
- Customs co-ordination

**About You**
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Good presentation
- A self-motivated attitude and able to work autonomously or within a team
- Own transport
- Prior experience working with inventory control systems / logistics an advantage

This part-time position offers good flexibility with a wide-range of job functions ensuring it will be challenging yet rewarding within a growing company. We have a friendly and professional work environment with modern technology.

Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
