**AW139 Fleet Logistics Officer**:

- Location: Essendon Fields, VIC, AU, 3041- Onsite or Hybrid: OnSite**About the Role**

We are looking for a AW139 Fleet Logistics Officer to join our Aviation Business, where we provide highly trained teams to crew, operate and maintain aircraft supporting critical and vital aviation services.

In this role, you'll oversee the procurement of goods and services, ensuring they meet delivery, quality, and cost requirements for operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include timely procurement of items needed for both heavy and scheduled maintenance, as well as supporting various logistic activities to meet return-to-service deadlines.

Additionally, you will support the on-time delivery of orders from suppliers, ensuring their performance is as per contractual requirements and ensure processes are in place to effectively manage supplier related activities, in order to minimise risk to the business in the areas of quality, on-time delivery, cost and freight.

**You will bring**
- Previous experience within a professional supply chain environment.
- Technical, procurement or commercial knowledge of goods and services applicable to maintenance, repairs or overhauls of complex Aviation equipment.
- Familiarity with various ERP system functionalities.
- Experience in an operational and engineering services-based supply chain environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
