What does the job look like?

The Order to Cash Team is seeking an RCTI Analyst to ensure the effective processing and controlling of Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) customer accounts.

Reporting to the Order to Cash Manager, the position will be based in Essendon Fields, Victoria and will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Responsible for reconciling designated RCTI customer accounts to identify and eliminate processing issues
- Clearing of matched loads without variance, running RCTI variance reports and reconciling all variances and unmatched customer and unmatched Linfox documents
- Working with Operations and customers to establish the reason for variances at the line-item level and to correct and clear unmatched documents
- Ensuring requests are raised and Debit/Credit Memos are processed to clear Linfox errors;
- Ensuring that Linfox is paid for all unpaid shipments
- Arranging and processing Recipient Created Adjustment Notes to clear customer over/under payments
- Recommending and implementing process improvements to eliminate the causes of variances
- Assist in preparation of the daily receipts cash flow analysis
- Assist in the preparation of Executive Reports and documentation of reconciliation issues.

Are you the one?

You are a professional with sound analytical skills and a high attention to detail. You can demonstrate:

- Degree in Accounting/Finance preferable (may be currently studying)
- Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Management or Revenue Accounting process within the retail, supply chain/ logistics industry.
- RCTI experience is highly desirable
- Be able to demonstrate strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills (inc Advanced Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and will be outcome driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced analytical and numeracy skills
