We are a new Burger Place in Canberra and have more than 20 years hospitality experience behind us. We are looking for an experienced kitchen grill chef to prep some yummy burgers and sides.

Responsibilities include
- Ensuring the kitchen is fully prepped for service everyday.
- Follow strict Food safety guidelines to ensure all food is fresh and hot when served.
- Experience with handling orders from delivery partners ensuring orders are packed carefully and correctly and always sent out hot and fresh.
- Grill experience is essential as most of our cooking is on the grill.
- Experience with managing busy kitchen is preferred.
- Stock maintenance and ordering including wastage control is essential as we run a tight ship.
- Rostering and ensuring we are always trading.
- Taking care of full shop operations.
- Coming up with innovative specials

We have a marketing team that takes care of all our socials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
